Duncan

As a child Duncan grew up on a farm, which gave him an affinity with animals. He has been fortunate enough to have spent his life with a variety of animals and their differing characters; from rescue dogs, horses, chickens, rabbits, rats, fish, ferrets, sheep, cows and many more.​​​ ​​​​​ Due to the interaction and relationship he had with dogs, Duncan has always been the favoured dog walker for his friends, family and colleagues for many years. This has developed his experience of handling and training a variety of breeds, with varying personalities, which in turn inspired him to begin Duncans Doggy Daycare and fulfil his dreams of being with animals.​​​

Jess

The passion and devotion for animals and the outdoors is shared by Duncan's fiancé Jess, who has a BA (hons) in Business Studies from the University of Liverpool. Her business finesse coupled with her love of animals is a great recipe for creating a quality service for all furry friends and bringing her two greatest passions together.​ Jess’s background began with family dogs and pets. From a young age she started volunteer work at local stables, and later owned her own horse. She trained and taught many of the horses and riders at the stables and participated in prestigious showing events. This has given her great confidence and experience working with animals and consequently has never been afraid of getting her hands dirty.​​

Becks

Rebecca’s interest in Dogs began at a very young age when on her 4th birthday a little white puppy called BeBe arrived and changed everything. As an adult Rebecca worked for many years as an event manager for various branding ​campaigns and roadshows throughout the UK and by chance in 2010 she began working ​for a leading pet food company. Whilst working with this company she met thousands of ​dog owners up and down the country and this reignited that passion for dogs she had as ​a young girl.​​​In early 2012, Rebecca qualified as a Canine behaviourist and began taking on behaviour cases with much success, she also started volunteering as an educational ​speaker at Battersea Dogs and Cats home which has been a wonderful experience. In ​November 2012 Rebecca began working at DDD and is now looking forward to a bright ​future ahead.​

Georgia

Whilst growing up Georgia helped out in her grandmothers dog walking and boarding business and after studying graphic design at university decided to create her own advertisement promoting herself as a dog walker and petsitter in her local community. The advertisements were successful and enabled Georgia to gain experience handling and looking after a variety of breeds.​After 3 years of walking, petsitting and boarding dogs she knew that being around dogs was her passion and she was determined to turn it into a career. Georgia enjoys getting to know the dogs in daycare and discovering their individual characteristics and needs.

Nancy

Nancy grew up in Devon and got her first dog Pip when she was ten, after years of begging her parents. Spending weekends at her auntys farm surrounded by dogs, she gained experience with lots of different breeds as well as a passion for looking after and playing with them.

Nancy studied forensic biology at university. However she felt a job working outdoors would be much more suited for her. This spured her brave decision to leave Devon and start a new life in London. Nancy is in charge of all things social media, so if you have enquiries regarding photos or the website, please contact her.

Tracey

Tracey was brought up working on a farm in rural New Zealand. She has always owned pets and rode in Equestrian events. In New Zealand, she was an out of hours Veterinarian assistant, as well as a hairdresser for 13 years.

Tracey moved to the UK permanently and decided to pursue her real passion in life, dogs! She has a rescue dog of her own and DDD is extremly happy to have somebody as committed as Tracey is to caring for dogs. As Tracey looks after all of the boarders, from early morning to late evening, the DDD dogs recieve all of her dedication, love and endless affection. 

Aroa

Aroa grew up in Spain, and spent a lot of time with German Shepherds as her dad is a dog trainer. She became a groomer 5 years ago after years of desk jobs. Aroa decided to move to the UK and opportunities soon arrived in London working for some of the best salons in town. Aroa has groomed celebrities' dogs and even royal dogs!

Looking for a stress free working environment, Aroa moved to DDD and helped start our new DDD Spa and Beauty Parlour. The DDD dogs have smelt amazing ever since!

Sian

Sian grew up with dogs in her family from little Jack Russels to Dogue de Bordeaux so has experience with many breeds of dog. She recently took in a rescue dog only to find out she was preganant with 12 pups. Sian delievered and brought up the puppies, one of whom is now the DDD masoct, Lyla! 

Before starting with us, Sian was a full time fashion stylist, but decided she wanted to pursue her other passion, working with dogs. She now does both, and she is one of the most cuddly members of staff, she always has a puppy in her arms!

Matt

Matt grew up just outside Brighton and got his first dog when he was 11, a lovely Boxer called Tanner. Matt moved to London in 2007 to attend drama school, and now is an actor. Matt wanted to spend his time off stage/screen with animals. 

Since starting at DDD, Matt has worked a lot with Duncan to help develop the grounds for DDD and improve the environment for the dogs. All the dogs absolutely love him!

Sam

Sam is Matt's brother! So he grew up with Matt and in Sussex, spending his days playing on the Sussex downs with their Boxer Tanner. Sam moved to London shortly after Matt in 2010, and became a male nanny (a Manny!). Sam is also a freelance photographer, and after coming to daycare for a couple of days to take photos, decided to become a full time member of our DDD team!

Sam is now our photographer, and is loving the challenge of photographing models that don't really like to stand still! Look out for his pictures on the website.

Nathan

Nathan's interest in animals started at a young age, as not only did he have a wide variety of other pets (from snakes to ferrets!), his dad adopted ex police dogs. Nathan also had several Greyhounds and Whippets over the years, so he has experience in handling dogs big and small.

Nathan is ex military and has worked as a personal trainer for most of his life. Looking for an active job working with dogs, Nathan joined the DDD team! He is very hands-on and loves playing with the dogs all day.
