Rebecca, part of our DDD team, is a trained canine behaviourist and provides behaviour consultations, training programmes and home puppy training.
Rebecca has a wealth of hands-on-experience, through working with dogs everyday, which gives her an extensive understanding of differing dog behaviours. Through positive reward training she can achieve lasting results very quickly which can transform the relationship between owners and their dog.
Puppy Training
Embark on a learning journey with your puppy, by offering them an enriching start to life with our puppy training programme. Puppies brains are like sponges and with the right guidance from a young age, you will enjoy a long happy life together.
We offer home puppy training, which allows you to establish boundaries within the home, which is important for your puppy, as this is the environement they will spend most of their time. We will create a training routine that is easy and fun for all the family.
Behaviour Training
If your dog has any behavioural problems, we will help to create a language that both of you can understand.
We can overcome any behavioural challenges, either by a simple consultation or a strucutred training programme and aftercare.
The Process...
Question Time
We will provide you with a questionnaire, allowing you to detail your dogs life. This will create the foundations for the consultation.
Behaviour Consultation
We carry out the consultation in your home, which will last approximately 2 hours. During this time we will discuss all aspects of your dog’s life, drawing on the problems you are having. From here we can estalish training tips, which can manage the challenges you are facing.
Follow up meeting (if necessary)
We will establish a time frame for you to follow the programme and arrange a follow up to review if the problem behaviours have been remedied. At this point we may adapt some of the exercises, if the behaviour is still occurring, but in most cases the process of change will already be occurring.
Advice line
Rebecca is on hand to take calls or emails for any additional advice, encouragement and motivation during and after the training programme.
